For a little more visual variety, this mod changes the vanilla ‘worms’ artifact digspot into a number of different things depending on the location. Five categories can be enabled or disabled separately - nature, insects, junimo, sparkles, and the original worms - and you can mix-and-match whatever combination of categories you prefer.
If instead you like the look of a single sprite and would prefer to use that for all digspots, simply set the “SingleDigspot” config setting to your preferred sprite name (see the screenshots for names). If you don’t want the locational feature but instead would like to see one randomly-selected sprite each day from the whole collection, set “SingleDigspot” to “RandomAll” instead.
This mod supports custom locations in a limited capacity. They will not have sprites specific to the location, but will instead draw randomly from the location-based pools.
(I’m aware that hermit crabs aren’t insects, but beaches aren’t really known for their easily-recognisable insect life so hermit crabs are filling the gap!)
