You can also now enable the bus tunnel lottery machine by choosing "true" or "OnlyAfterCC" (if you have completed the Community Centre) in the EnableBlackmarketLottery config option.
Joja Lottery may or may not be incompatible with SVE. I have not tested Joja Lottery with SVE, and I will not offer compatibility with SVE. Use them together at your own risk. Bug reports or comments involving SVE compatibility will be deleted.

A new lottery machine will be added next to Morris's desk in JojaMart (or in the bus tunnel - see Compatibility). Buy a redeemed lottery ticket, exit the lottery shop, then re-enter to redeem your ticket. Your redeemed ticket can then be placed in the shipping bin to receive your prize money.
