Inspired by Diverse Stardew Valley, this mod edits the skintones, hair, and facial features of many of the Stardew Valley Expanded characters for greater racial diversity. It also automatically supports Poltergeister’s Seasonal Outfits for SVE (Vanilla Style), which adds seasonal & festival outfits.
Installation:
The original designs of some SVE characters are already intended to be people of colour; these designs are not intended to erase that perception of the original design, only to simply offer an alternative.

It also automatically supports Poltergeister’s Seasonal Outfits for SVE (Vanilla Style), which adds seasonal & festival outfits.
Installation:
- Extract the "[CP] Diverse SVE" and "[STF] Stardew Valley Expanded" folders.
- Copy the "[CP] Diverse SVE" folder into your Mods folder. The config file has all characters set to ‘true’ by default - change the value to ‘false’ for any characters you don’t want to use. Seasonal outfits will be automatically applied if you have Seasonal Outfits for SVE in your Mods folder.
- If you are using Isaac, Alesia, or Claire, copy the “[STF] Stardew Valley Expanded” folder for each character you’re using and allow it to override the default “[STF] Stardew Valley Expanded” folder. This will ensure that vendor portraits are accurate.
