Reorganize the shipping collections tab so that your modded items actually show up sorted in groups of modpacks

As a heavy mod user that has probably dozens of JA mods installed, I have added a lot of items to my game that I need to ship for perfection. But it's always bugged me that all of the items end up jumbled together in my collections tab because it makes it really hard for me to go through systematically and see which items from which mods I still need to make.
So I made this mod to re-organize the shipping collection so that modded items will show up together in their packs as opposed to haphazardly strewn about! Sorting can be toggled on and off with Generic Mod Config Menu (no keybind).
Note: it does readjust the sorting of the vanilla items as well a bit, but I assume that if you're downloading this then you're not worried about those anyway (: Items added via DGA will also simply be tacked onto the end of the menu.
