Adds a new lattice fence. Requires DGA.

'Dynamic Game Assets' conversion of 'Ali's Lattice Fence' by strawberrymilk95, with use of assets from '(CP) Ali's Lattice Fences' by unknownearth. Updated to include further detailing/shadowing.

Requirements:
1x Wood and 1x Hardwood.
Crafting recipe is bought at Marnie's for 500g.
To get the custom gate(s), just place down a lattice fence, then place a gate on the same tile. It will automatically convert it.

IMPORTANT:
- The tan version of the lattice fence from '(CP) Ali's Lattice Fences' is not included in this release.
- The crafting recipe will continue to be sold even after being bought from Marnie's. I have no idea how to make it be sold only once, so just a heads up.
- Just in case anyone's looking, here's my permission slips.
