Adds a new community upgrade to Robin's store for repairing the Hat Mouse's home. After the building is restored, the Hat Mouse will offer recolorable variations of certain hats via Fashion Sense.

Hat Shop Restoration is a community upgrade to restore the old abandoned house found within the forest.
Restoring the abandoned home allows the Hat Mouse to offer a selection of recolorable variations of vanilla hats via Fashion Sense.
The restoration is available at Robin's store after receiving the Hat Mouse's initial letter. To start the restoration, select the "Special Projects" option when talking to Robin at her store.
Restoring the abandoned house takes three game days and costs the following resources:
- Wood x250
- Cloth x10
- 10,000g
After finishing the project and entering the newly restored hat shop, an event will play.
The Hat Mouse now sells a selection of recolorable vanilla hats, in addition to their regular catalogue of hats. These recolorable hats utilize Fashion Sense and require a piece of cheese each to unlock.
Clicking the mirror in the shop will show the Fashion Sense Hand Mirror menu.
The store is open from 6 AM to 8 PM daily.
