Description
This mod contains a mix of events, letters, schedules, and some dialogue. Schedule changes will occur following Event 9 (see list of event triggers below). This mod includes marriage schedules, but dating/marriage is not required to view this mod's main content. Also, if you decide to romance Abigail and view her 10-heart and 14-heart events after seeing Event 9, the dialogue in those events will be slightly different to fit in with this mod better.
All of this mod's content begins after you have seen Abigail's 8-heart event. You must also have the Dwarf Translation Guide. This mod can be added to preexisting saves. This mod's events occur based on in-game time delays rather than heart levels, so whenever it's downloaded, you won't miss anything.
Abigail's journey is split into four arcs, and will be uploaded one arc at a time. Each arc stands pretty well on its own in my opinion. In between arcs, Abigail continues her training.
Mod Compatibilities (so far)
- Stardew Valley Expanded: This mod includes compatibility patches when SVE is installed (so yes, it's compatible!)
- Part of a Saloon Breakfast: Compatible!
- Adventurer's Guild Expanded: Should be compatible.
- Befriend Marlon and Gunther: Compatible!
- Make Marlon Real: Compatible!
- Miihau's Abigail Event Expansion: Hmm... fairly compatible, BUT be prepared for some repetition due to similarities between some of our mods events (especially if you choose to romance Abigail)
- Defense Division: Yes, BUT you'll want to have seen that mod's Abigail-related events first. That's likely to happen in regular gameplay anyway, so I'd say don't worry about it.
- This mod does add some dialogue; it's there for flavor but can be disabled in the config if you find it conflicts with one of your other mods.
- This mod doesn't add any new sprites/portraits, so it should be compatible with any other mods that do (DSV, Seasonal Outfits etc)
- This mod does not modify any maps. If you have any other mods that modify certain maps, then some of the schedules/events might not work as well. In that case, let me know and I'll see what I can do (same for any other incompatibilities you find!)

Event Triggers
This mod's events are time-delayed rather than based on heart levels.
Arc One
- Event 0: any time after fulfilling both conditions (seeing Abigail's 8 heart event and obtaining the Dwarf Translation Guide), go to the bus stop. You won't see an event, but this will start a week-long timer, after which the first event will be available.
- Event 1: go to the mountain once the week has passed.
- Event 2: there will be an event on the farm after 3 days have passed since the last event.
- Event 3: Go to the adventurer's guild.
- The next few events (Events 4-8) can happen in any order once 8 days have passed since the last event:
- Event 4: Enter the mine on a Sunday.
- Event 5: Enter the mine on a Tuesday.
- Event 6: Enter the wizard's tower on a Thursday.
- Event 7: enter town in the morning before 6:50am. You won't see an event, but 4 days later you'll get a letter. After that, enter town before 6:50am again.
- Event 8: enter the forest between 9pm and 11pm. You'll also get a letter the next day.
- Once events 4-8 have all been seen, you'll get a letter.
- Event 9: This event is split into 4 scenes that happen one after the other as you change maps (to avoid it being one giant inescapable cutscene lol). In the following order: (1) go to the adventurer's guild, (2) go to the mine, (3), go to the mountain, (4) go to the mine.
Arc Two
- Event 10: a week after the the last event, enter the guild while Abigail is present.
- Event 11: after 5 days have passed, enter the guild on a Tuesday while Abigail is present. Once this event has been seen, Abigail's schedule on the first Tuesday of each season will be slightly different.
- Event 12: a week after the last event, enter the mine while Abigail is present.
- Event 13: a week later, go to the mountain on a sunny day.
- Event 14: a few days after that, you'll get a letter. After that, enter the guild any day at around 2pm for an event. Right after that, go to the mine for another event.
- Event 15: A day after that, go to Pierre's shop.
- Event 16: 2 days after that, go to Pierre's again.

Schedules
Schedule changes will occur following Event 9:
- On Sundays and Tuesdays, Abigail will visit the Guild and the Mine.
- On rainy days, Abigail has a 50% chance of visiting the Guild and the Mine.
- On the 18th of each season, Abigail will visit the Wizard's Tower. If SVE is installed, she will also visit the Wizard's Basement.
- After Event 11, Abigail will handle the Guild Shop on the first Tuesday of each season. When SVE is installed, she will arrive there at noon and return home at 10pm. When SVE is not installed, she will start and end her day there.
- She will visit the Guild and the Mine on Sundays and Tuesdays.
- She will visit the Wizard on the 18th of each season.
- She will handle the Guild Shop on the first Tuesday of each season.
Dialogue
Some of the events will trigger conversation topics, so be sure to talk to Abigail and other NPCs she's close to ;)
There are also a few lines of dialogue added as of 2.0.0
Config
Note: disabling some of these options may slow or stop the mod's events from continuing, because certain events only trigger when Abigail is present.
- SunSched: Default enabled. When disabled, Abigail won't follow the Adventurer schedule on Sundays.
- TueSched: Default enabled. When disabled, Abigail won't follow the Adventurer schedule on Tuesdays.
- ThuSched: Default enabled. When disabled, Abigail won't visit the Wizard on the 18th of each season.
- RainSched: Default enabled. When disabled, Abigail won't follow the Adventurer schedule on rainy days.
- GuildSched: Default enabled. When disabled, Abigail won't help manage the Guild Shop once a month after Event 11.
- EditEvents: Default enabled. When disabled, Abigail's vanilla 10-heart and 14-heart events won't be modified to match this mod.
- DialoguePatches: Default enabled. When disabled, dialogue added by this mod won't be applied. Does not include conversation topics.
- CrossoverContent: Default enabled. When disabled, crossover content will not occur. Does not include compatibility patches.
- ShortVersion: Default disabled. When enabled, events after the first arc won't play. This is a quicker version of this mod where Abigail will continue following her Adventurer schedules and dialogue (unless disabled by other config settings), but won't continue her story after Event 13 unless re-enabled. Just in case you're feeling overwhelmed with all the Abigail events, or want to take a break from her journey for a while.
