Syringe (dagger): 7-10 Damage / +2 Speed / +2 Crit Chance / +4 Weight
Blacksmith's Mace (club): 12-20 Damage / -1 Speed / +5 Weight
Signed Handle (sword): 14-20 Damage / +6 Weight
Broken Ruby Dagger (dagger): 8-12 Damage / +1 Speed / +5 Crit Chance
Signed Blade (sword): 26-36 Damage / +3 Speed
Frying Pan (club): 12-20 Damage / -3 Speed / +5 Crit Chance / +25 Weight
Dormant Obsidian Club (club): 40-45 Damage / +3 Crit Chance / +5 Weight
Gambler's Dagger (dagger): 1-50 Damage / +5 Crit Chance / +100 Crit Power
Red Beauty (dagger): 28-40 Damage / +4 Speed / +5 Crit Chance / +150 Crit power
Excalibur (sword): 80-100 Damage / +2 Speed
Fiery Obsidian Club (club): 89-105 Damage / +1 Speed / +4 Crit Chance / +5 Weight
Awoken Excalibur (sword): 90-100 Damage / +2 Speed / +5 Crit Chance / +5 Weight

(please note that the level doesn't mean that a weapon it's better than the other in any way, that happens because in Stardew Valley the level of the weapons is automatically generated)
The Boots
As a bonus, I also decided to include 6 different pairs of shoes, which you can get in different parts of the whole Stardew Valley.

Willy's Fisherman Boots: +1 Defense / +2 Immunity
Mouse Paws: +3 Defense
McQueen Crocs: +6 Immunity
Dragonclown Boots: +1 Defense / +11 Immunity
Island Boots: +9 Defense / +3 Immunity
Infinity Boots: +12 Defense / +12 Immunity
