I liked the skin from the new 1.6 desert racer,, and I wanted it for myself.

With 1.6, we were introduced to the Desert Festival. In this festival, you can find three racers doing a lap around a small race course, with one of the racers potentially being a soft blue chicken named Speed Rooster. As a man who enjoys options, I wanted this for myself, but I didn't see it available yet from other authors. So, in my impatience, I did a quick and dirty texture for Alternative Textures. To get your Speed Rooster, go purchase the "Scissors" item from Robin after installing both Alternative Textures and this texture, and search "Speed Rooster" after left clicking your chicken with the scissors. This SHOULD work for all varieties of vanilla chickens; white, brown, void, blue, and golden. No baby sprites, just the adult sprites.
I did plan to do a Content Patcher version, but I kind of gave up. If you want to use my texture edit in a Content Patcher version, by all means go ahead and make it. You have my express written consent to do so without the need to credit me for the texture. It's not like I made the texture anyway; it's just a frankenstein of the base chicken and the Speed Rooster texture. The only thing I personally did was put it together for use as a skin.
