Modifies the Fish Pond to a smaller 3x3 size.
This is similar to functionality previously available in Smaller Fish Ponds but updated to Stardew Valley 1.6
All Fish Ponds will automatically convert on loading the game. This version does not support having both large and small ponds. On saving, the data for the pond is restored to the standard fish pond *except* for the size which is now kept at the 3x3 size as of v2.0.0
Options:
I don't feel the need to implement options to weaken the smaller ponds, so I left those out of this update.

- Instant Construction may optionally be enabled to allow avoid the construction time.
- The smaller 3x3 size is serialized in the save file. If you're going to remove this mod, you can disable this option to restore the pond to its 5x5 size. If you don't do this, the ponds should function but will likely have graphical issues.

Known Issues:
- The fish pond background is white in the construction menu and while constructing. This should go away once you return to your farm and check on the fish pond.
