INTRODUCTION

Here is a mod I wanted so bad to do! I didn't like much about the possible wife/husbands counterparts in stardew AND stardew expanded. The cutest for me was Sophia, her story is kind of adorable too but I have to say her outfit were a bit dull, at least far from my tastes and my irl wife was even agreeing on that. So I decided to edit all her outfits to fit better my tastes to give her what I think is a cuter look, closer to a emo-sexy girl (Avril Lavigne kind or idk). Before anything I wanted to stay true to the game and stardew expanded mod original graphisms and this work blend perfectly with the original style.

  • No bow legs anymore! : That is one of the top turn off in the game when it comes to make female characters appealing. I always found that aweful, especially on Leah... So it was about right I fix that for my "custom" Sophia.
  • Eye color change (3 options) : I really do think the "purple" eye color make a bad accumulation of red-ish hues on this character. So I chose one of my favourite color as a replacement which resonnate perfectly with pink : a cold-turquoise light blue-green. I hope you guys will enjoy that change as much than I do. And yes, every "make-up" version of portraits are also covered (Sophia is the only character that can choose to wear or not make up for the day). Since some of you were divided on this I restored a Vanilla purple eyes alternative version and also made another with a darker green. That makes 3 choices for you so please refer to the corresponding screenshot before choosing.

  • Cuter outfits : Each outfit of each season has been edited with a new mood that usually adds way more femininity. Spring is more girly and has somekind of a dragon ball C-18 outfit touch (blue skirt, black T, white sub T, gold and black belt, etc). Summer feels way lighter with new head band, short tank top, exposed belly, and tight shorts for a summer jogger touch (or FF7 tifa may be?) I didn't like the pink accumulation on dress of vanilla, it was like "pink pink pink pink pink PINK!! EVERRYWHERE!" it's exhausting! Fall hasn't changed much because I really like that one, although I added more feminine details (that black bra visible branch), also shortened that oversized sweater and added a visible white legging. Winter indoor has a black sleeveless collar-sweater with a classy black skirt and sexy dark tights (ready for party!). If she goes outdoor she will wear earcuffs and a fur winter/ice jacket on top of that. Prairie King cosplay doesn't change aside from the eye color.
  • Sexier Swimsuit : Beach outfit is sexier than ever with a bicolor tight two pieces. Vanilla wasn't bad but a bit too childish to me with those spots. I mean, a female cosplayer should know how to be appealing on the beach! I know she seems to be young but so is your farmer... Let's imagin 2 teenagers in the prime of their age : )
  • All sprites and all movements covered : Every sprite has been carefully crafted. I can even state result is better than original and posesses more shadows levels/color variations. Again, blend perfectly with original game colors and graphisms.
  • Wedding dresses edited : As a bonus I edited some of the side event outfits to make them look better.

HOW TO INSTALL

For this mod, I didn't choose a regular content patcher method because there is critical code related to outfits in Stardew Expanded and Seasonal Outfits mod that would have require much bigger work for possible future bugs with their updates. Instead, you will have to copy paste my files to replace the targeted texture sprites. Don't panick, it's really simple. What does it implies? Well that means if you want to roll back to original sprites you will have to install Stardew valley expanded or seasonal cuter again (that's really all, nothing will make your game crash).

OF COURSE YOU NEED BOTH Stardew Valley Expanded and Seasonal Outfits - Slightly Cuter Aesthetic for SVE to make this works!!! You must also repeat the following process each time you update one or the other.

STEP 0 : Extract the .rar and open it
STEP 1 : Select both folders inside and copy them (select both and ctrl+c)
one is named : "[CP] Seasonal Cute Characters SVE" the other is named : "Stardew Valley Expanded"
STEP 2
: Enter the mod folder and copy them inside (ctrl+v). If everything works you will be prompted to replace 24 files or so. If not, you have messed the copy.

This manip is supposed to replace all files in the big "stardew expanded mod" which implement Sophia character but also "seasonal cute character mod" which give her different outfits and portraits depending of the season.

HOW DO I...?

To update this mod : Just repeat the install process and replace once again the files on prompt. Everything will be fine!
To change her eye colors for another option : Exactly like above, install again, replace files, simple as that!
To uninstall this mod : delete both Stardew Valley Expanded and Seasonal Outfits for SVE mods, download them again and install them again.
