AS OF VERSION 1.2, MAKE SURE YOU ALSO HAVE Museum Donation Checker

Bugs in the valley currently contains 46 unique bugs, ranging from the black ant, to spiders and more ( though, a large number are beetles and butterflies ).

Where and when bugs spawn are as closely based on their real-world counterparts as much as possible, with most of them being able to be found during the seasons of spring-fall.

These bugs can be donated to Gunther at the museum, where he can tell you more about each species. ( I highly recommend using the Gunther Tells You mod by emurphy42, and the Extra Museum Space mod by RaffieJohn )

English, Spanish, Portuguese (BR) and German languages are currently included with this mod, if anybody else would like to improve the current translations ( as they were translated by AI ), or want a specific language, and can provide the translations, feel free to contact me!

Upcoming features:

More bugs, and possibly some changes to existing bugs, requiring them to be dug up from artifact spots.

More Mail! This mail will be delivered to the player the day after donating certain bugs to the museum. The mail may include some small reward items for donating, and there may or may not be a very special reward for turning all of them in!

Features that may or may not happen:

Compatibility with the Bug Net mod by spacechase0 - I actually initially wanted these bugs to be critters you could capture with a net, much like Animal Crossing. Unfortunately though, the bug net mod hasn't been updated in years, and I am unsure it ever will be. :(

Compatibility with Deluxe Grabber Redux 1.6 - currently, Deluxe Grabber Redux does not allow items tagged with the -12 category to be auto grabbed. Either that mod needs to be updated to allow this, or I need to find a workaround.

Huge thanks to Seiyn for allowing me to use some of the sprites from their old Insect Valley mod.
