Allows you to unlock Spring Onion Mastery at 2, 4, or 6 hearts (configurable)

By the time I have eight hearts with those damn children it's always like Y3 and I'm way past any motivation to schlep Spring Onions from Cindersap for a measly 40g a pop... So this aims to fix that.
What It Does:
*note the config accepts "Two", "Four", and "Six" written out like that but not numerals (2,4,6). cause I'm lazy
Recommended:
Use GMCM to set the config hassle-free.
Please note that you will require both SMAPI and Content Patcher in order for this mod to work.
