The most highly esteemed Papa Emeritus IV is currently enjoying some R&R in the beautiful Pelican Town. Away from the Ministry and the ever-looming shadow of an uncertain future, Copia feels more and more like he could take up a quieter life after retiring from his papal duties. Befriend the Dark Lord’s favourite child and take a deeper look at a (slightly) more relaxed Papa - Your futures could well be intertwined.
Welcome to Copia's Valley, a Stardew 1.6 mod which places the current frontman of the Swedish band Ghost into the quaint life of Pelican Town. Copia is a standalone NPC which does not replace any of the vanilla NPCs, he also has his own custom house placed on the town map, as shown in screenshot images of this mod page. In addition to this, Copia has his own custom heart events and a narrative which emerges between them, as well as completely uniquely written dialogue for before and after marriage with the NPC.

Copia's outfit and portrait sprites change dependent on season, and he has animation frames unique to him as well. I've thrown in quite a few references to Ghost and their webisode 'Chapters' which fans of the band should recognise and enjoy!
There's minimal amounts of swearing in this mod. Nothing too crazy.
I also wanted to just add that sometimes the 'speech' bubble won't appear when hovering over Copia - try clicking on him anyway, he might just have something to say.
This mod will require SMAPI and Content Patcher to run.

Copia should be compatible with any mod that doesn't change the layout of the town map in any way. I'll be working to confirm if he works with Stardew Valley Extended - And will update this section accordingly.

INSTALLING
Please make sure you have both SMAPI and Content Patcher installed, as these two dependencies are crucial for the mod to work. Once SMAPI is activated and Content Patcher is in the appropriate directory, simply extract my file and drag and drop '[CP]Copia'sValley' into your mod folder.
To be specific, it should be in this location:
(steam/steamapps/common/StardewValley/Mods)

Copia very much loves his comfort food, anything that reminds him of home or foods he feels safe eating. He's fond of flowers - ones that remind him of the sun. He particularly also likes things that shine. He's not too keen on many fish products.

SCHEDULING
Copia's schedule changes dependent on season. Usually, Copia is either in town or in his home - He's finding it a little hard to adjust to living among so many others. He does visit the Graveyard in town at night, the Stardrop Saloon and occasionally the Beach.

HEART EVENTS
Copia's heart events will trigger in the same way any other NPC's heart events would. The triggers are largely based on location, sometimes you may have to run out of an area and back into it to trigger the scene.
