Rewrites the "You've used your last piece of bait" and "Your fishing tackle has worn out" popups to remind you what kind of bait/tackle you ran out of. Additionally, you can use the "tackle_tooltip" console command while holding a fishing rod to see what bait/tackle you ran out of most recently on that rod in case you forget again!
