About this mod
Tired of living in the default house for the first few months? Do you cheat in the cash for a furniture catalog and feel guilty about it? Let the Joja Financial team let you live the life you deserve! Get the furniture catalog early and pay for it over time, with a side-order of gallows humor and a soul-cleansing interest rate.

Late in the first week, you'll be visited by Morris, who gives you a phone and tries to sell you on the loan. If you sign up for the loan right away, that'll be the 2-year loan, which requires no payments until the Fall of year 1. The payments are structured so that the bulk of the payments are in year 2 and, all-up, you'll end up spending about 13% more than you would if you bought them from the usual vendors.

By default, it gives you the furniture catalog you get from Robin and the wallpaper catalog from Pierre. If you want more than that, go to the Mod Settings and you can select all the stock catalogs easily and also add modded catalogs (if you know the game code identifier for the catalog).
If you don't take the deal from Morris, you still get the phone, and you can call the automated phone answering system at Joja to start the loan at your convenience. You also have the option to do a 3-year plan from the phone as well.
You'll get a monthly statement and you can either pay each month by phone or set up "autopay" and it'll deduct the funds once a month.

Compatible with...
- Stardew Valley 1.6.0 or later
- Windows for sure, Linux & MacOS probably (all testing is done on Windows.)
- In multiplayer, all players should have this mod.
Translating
Translations wanted! More details on how to do it are found in the GitHub ReadMe, but if you've done translations for other Stardew Mods, you can do pretty much the same thing as usual, except please do not change the ordering you find in default.json!
