If it bothers you that the mixed seeds, mixed flower seeds, and sunflower seeds are just loose seeds without a seed packet like all other seeds, then this might be what you're looking for.
Note: If adding to existing save with stacks of these seeds anywhere, they may show a placeholder texture (looks like a bunch of weeds or fiber). Transferring them one at a time (not the whole stack) to/from a chest or other inventory should fix it. Any new seeds you pick up should always have the correct texture.
