original idea of animates acc portraits mod here - StarFUR Valley Portrait Animations (Anthro Characters Continued)
Inspired by the lively characters in animated portraits I think it's an idea worth revisiting and come back to live again.
The animation will mostly includes the character's breathing animations, blinking, finishing their speech at the start of the animation and minuscule details I'd think of. Feel free to make suggestions for specific characters or for the animation in general!
