QuickSave can be considered stable on its own.
Mod Compatibility
QuickSave significantly changes how the game is being saved and loaded.
Mods that rely on vanilla save/load events entirely might not be compatible.
QuickSave in most cases cannot reasonably establish mod compatibility on its own.

🟢 Personal Combat Drone Redux: Established compatibility through reflection in QS 1.2.0
🟡 DeepWoods: Established compatibility through reflection in QS 1.2.0. Saving in DeepWoods is restricted and saving/loading behaves similar as sleeping.
🔴 Child Age Up: "Freezing" when quicksaving has been reported
