SEASONAL CUTE NYAPU PORTRAITS – RETEXTURES BY AHCUTEART
I adored Nyapu’s portraits and noticed while playing my mega-modded SDV that there were no seasonal portraits. Since Nyapu had no plans to do the seasonal portraits, I decided to retexture the portraits to match the Seasonal Cute Outfits for SVE. After receiving permission from Nyapu for the retextures, and some of the artist that worked on the original mod, I decided to share my work with everyone.
THIS IS THE COMPLETED UPDATE!
I finally redrew the characters and portraits for the few npcs I couldn't get permission to use from the original artists.
INSTALLATION (Must have Smapi):
1. StardewValley Expanded
2. Seasonal SVE Outfits Slightly Cuter
3. Nyapu’s Portraits
4. Optional Download Seasonal SVE Outfit (Vanilla)
5. Drag CP folder into your Mods
- First, Stardew Valley Expanded needs to be installed.
- Second, download the Seasonal Outfits Slightly CuterAesthetic CP file and put it in your mod folder.
- Third, download Nyapu’s Portraits Inspired by Dong CP file and put it in your mod folder. You might have to go into the folder and delete the Gil.png for the seasonal portraits to work. You can find it in CP Nyapu's Portraits>assets.
- Fourth, download the Vanilla sprites version of this mod for some extra outfits that aren't included in the original cute version.
- Lastly, Unzip the CP file and drag it into your Mods folder.
NOTE: An easy way to replace original files is explained on Nyapu’s page. If you don’t like the portraits or mess up the replacements, redownload the original files and replace them to fix the issues.
NEW Features with DolphinisNotaFish CP:
- Added a Spirit's Eve overworld sprite for vanilla Gunther because the base mod seems to call for it.
- Fixed some outfit changes not covered by the base mod related to Martin's theater outfit.
- Alter and add some overlay images to Sophia portraits to make her "Older" version work correctly.
- Alesia actually seems to be a mistake on the Seasonal Cute mod. They set her Winter outfit as Indoor only, so her
portraits just reverts to
default when outdoor. DolphinisNotaFish corrected this. - Wizard Winter Outfit as indoor only. And, DolphinisNotaFish found, also Jadu,
Camilla, Jolyne and Isaac with the same error. DolphinisNotaFish enabled
them for Outdoor. - Morris and Scarlett are temporary actors in some places/events, which uses their base portraits instead of the ones used by the Seasonal mod's appearance system. DolphinisNotaFish fixed this and edited the base portrait code of every other NPCs
- Removed duplicate NPCs "bug" in the movie theater.
