Gives Sialia the island trader from Emyn's Diverse Ginger Island her own human portrait for TDIT - Portraits for Vendors so she doesn't suddenly turn into a bird when you open her shop. Now with brown haired option and standalone sprite too.

About The Mod
Gives the island trader a human portrait for They Deserve It Too - Portraits for Vendors (TDIT). Her portrait is inspired by and intended to be used with Sialia, the sprite for the island trader from Emyn's Diverse Ginger Island (EDGI) - I strongly encourage you to download and use EDGI in your game. If you prefer not to use EDGI, however, this does come with a sprite replacement option to allow you to use different Ginger Island overhaul mods (such as Ginger Island NPC Overhaul) or just on its own if you want to.


Config
  • Manage config options easily with GMCM
  • Two ethnicity choices: Melanesian (default) and Malaysian
  • Two hair colour choices: blue (default) or brown
  • Toggle dialogue change to replace the bird's pidgin English with better grammar (default: true)
  • Sprite replacement: replace the default island trader bird sprite with a copy of Emyn's original sprite from EDGI* - default is on, but can be unchecked to allow you to use Emyn's original sprite if using EDGI or if you have another mod editing the island trader sprite (or if you just want a bird sprite with a human portrait). The sprite will have blue or brown hair according to your hair colour choice.
* Note that the original EDGI sprite (as found in that mod) doesn't fully replace the bird sprite so the image will flicker as bird feathers occasionally appear to the side of her. If you want to use the original, blue-haired sprite that Emyn made but without the bird feathers, ensure "sprite replacement" stays checked and the hair colour is "blue" as I did not edit the sprite itself, merely changed its canvas size to completely cover the bird sprite.


Compatibility
  • Requires They Deserve It Too - Portraits for Vendors (will not work without it)
  • Strongly recommended to be used with Emyn's Diverse Ginger Island (for immersion purposes - this mod now includes a standalone human sprite so you won't have a bird sprite without EDGI)
  • Will not work with any other mod that changes the island trader portrait
  • Only works with Stardew Valley version 1.6 or later


Installation

To uninstall, simply delete the "(TDIT) Island Trader Sialia Portrait" folder.
