About this mod
Redesigns the Farmhouse maps into a smaller, more compact layout with lots of nooks and crannies which offer plenty of decoration space. Supports all the renovations at Robin's and optionally adds a bathroom and a sunroom.

This mod redesigns the starter, first and second farmhouse maps. My goal was to make it functional but smaller and compact while still giving a lot of decoration options and the possibility to customize to your own preference through renovations and other options. I've kept the rooms shallow because I never know what to do with the lower part of the room, while maximizing wall space as I love wall decoration. I also wanted to give the whole house a comfy and organic feeling with lots of nooks and crannies and still keep it practical with short distances.
Please read through the description before posting bug reports/asking about compatibility as farmhouse mods are known to have some issues!

Compatibility
Not compatible with other mods that change the farmhouse layout. Mods that target the spouse room (like for example Custom Spouse Room Location) might need some special compatibility added on their side as the location was changed. Might not be compatible with custom cellars but I can add compatibility on request (Aimon's Tidy Cozy Cellar seems compatible, haven't tested others).
Recolours should be compatible, but custom tiles in sunroom and bathroom won't be affected. You can however turn them into normal rooms to avoid clashing of colours.

Installation
Unzip the mod and paste it into Stardew Valley's Mods folder. Requires SMAPI and Content Patcher. 1.6. is required.

Features
- Compact and cozy design.
- Focus on lots of wall space.
- Every wall space is decoratable, including hallways etc.
- One continuous floor - spouse can access whole house.
- Bedroom close to the door.
- Choose between full or minimal kitchen.
- Optional starter kitchen.
- All of Robin's renovations are supported (renamed to make more sense).
- One of the renovation rooms is a bathroom (optional), including a small functional pool and a washbasin where you can change your appearance.
- One of the renovation rooms is a sunroom (optional), with some crop space, a seasonal background and different options for predecoration.
- Redesign of starter farmhouse optional to allow for use of cabin as shed.
- When starting your save and after each house upgrade, your items will be in the wrong place. Noclip Mode will help you retrieve them from the void.
- Your starter gift will be hidden next to the door if you use the redesigned starter farmhouse, but you can still collect it.
- The location of the spouse room was changed, which works fine except for Emily's parrot which is sitting in the old location (I don't know if another spouse maybe has something similar that is hardcoded - I have the hope that this will be fixed since the option to change the spouse room location was new in 1.6).
- The location of the crib was not changed, so it should work normally, however I've experienced some clipping through the walls when the children run around the house (sometimes with spouse also).
- There is a hardcoded tile on the right side of the map which can be fixed with Farmhouse Fixes. This should also fix some other issues like spouse rooms or cellar stairs disappearing.
- If you want to remove the renovation option "Sunroom" the corner room needs to be build, because this used to be the extended corner room. It can be built without the corner room though, it seems that only the removal is hardcoded.
- Similarly, to undo the staircase, the dining room needs to be present.
- When removing the sunroom, some of the overlay can remain. To fix this, go into the mod settings and change the "Sunroom" setting to something else, save, and change it back.
- Farmhouse mods are known to be buggy so there might be more problems. Feel free to let me know so I can add to the list but it's not guaranteed that I can do anything about it.
