Gives Robin set construction hours, letting her continue her normal schedule and interactions outside of work hours, walking to and from the construction site every day.

This is a continuation of Robin Work Hours by aedenthorn
In the vanilla game, Robin is working on construction immediately at 6 AM and doesn't stop, basically until the construction is complete.
This mod gives her reasonable hours (default 9 AM to 5 PM) and causes her to
walk to and from construction sites, letting her carry out her
remaining schedule and go to sleep at a reasonable hour!
Also, this lets you talk and give gifts to her outside of work hours.

Requires SMAPI, uses Harmony.
