Redesigns the greenhouse to be big, but not too big.

Config options
"off": does not affect the normal amount of tree plots (default)
"less": reduces the tree plots to a quarter, replacing the space with more crop space.
"more": fills the entire area with trees, for those who like trees.
NOT seasonal (The default appearance of the greenhouse is spring.)
Watering can is refillable at either of the water troughs
Old master cannoli statue will warp the player to the other half of the map
hooray, my very first map mod^^; i have no idea what i'm doing and I made this on a whim.
I was looking for those very green grassy greenhouses, but either couldn't find one that I liked, or up to date, so i just made my own.
