When finish Pierre's Prime Produce Special Order, Pierre will open his personal shop, which sell items that have been collected in Collection menu page at a higher price.
Usage:
In Pierre's seed shop, Ctrl + click an Item in the Collection menu page, will open pierre's personal shop which sell this Item.
