A new location accessible from the Mountains to house up to 70 custom NPCs. This is meant as a location for mod authors to spawn their custom NPCs if they do not want to create a custom house for their NPCs.

Pelican Valley Loft is a new apartment complex settled in a section of the Mountains, accessible by a passageway in the mountain-side near Linus's tent. The apartment complex features a main lobby and 7 residential floors. Each residential floor contains 10 rooms for NPCs to reside in.
For Players: This mod adds the Pelican Valley Loft location and the Mountain Passageway, but will not place anyone in the apartment rooms without a mod that uses the Apartment Complex for its NPCs.
For Modders: This mod adds the Pelican Valley Loft location and the Mountain Passageway. To place your NPCs, simply target the desired floor location and set your coordinates within a room. This Google Sheet allows you to mark the rooms you are using to limit overlap with other custom NPC mods, and provides the different Floor map targets, as well as default room coordinates for the bed and door locations.
It is possible to patch over an existing room with your own room design, but it is recommended to only target one room's area to prevent conflicts with other NPC mods that may use the Apartment Complex.
Compatibility:
This mod is (currently) compatible with SVE. The only considerations needed for future compatibility are that the Mountain warp location is available, and that the specific area of the Mountain map for the passageway is not patched over by another mod.
This mod may not be compatible with other mods that change the load of the vanilla Mountain map.
Now compatible with Baldur's Village.
Now compatible with the following recolor mods: DaisyNiko's Earthy Recolour, DaisyNiko's Earthy Interiors, Elegant Town Interior, Vibrant Pastoral Redrawn, and A Wittily Named Recolor.
