Features:
  • Adds 20+ Call & Response brief chat bubbles dialogue to ceruleandeep's Multiple Spouse Dialogs mod for our favorite Rare Pair, Sebastian & Alex - since I could not find much for them on Nexus. )': 
  • Characterization: Basically, Seb playfully teasing Alex on a daily basis. Alex sometimes swings back. If you're looking for a sweet version of Seb/Alex chats, this is not it :P
  • Includes some In Laws chats
  • Includes regular daily chats with some *mild spice* 
  • Has *mild spice* chats that include the farmer, both indirectly and directly 

Required:

Instructions:
1. "Extract All" into Mod folder for Stardew Valley.
2.  Open the now unzipped folder, and move "dialog-seb.alex" file into ceruleandeep's Multiple Spouse Dialogs folder > assets.
3. Alternatively, you can "Extract All" directly to ceruleandeep's Multiple Spouse Dialogs folder > assets folder. 

Notes:

  • I referenced Tutorial: adding characters to Multiple Spouse Dialog on the modding wiki
  • Farmer is written as gender neutral and physically fit, but Seb & Alex are definitely cis in this one. I plan to add more chats in the future, and may be open to partnering on a trans Seb (seems most popular) and/or trans Alex version!
  • My characterization differs from thespectacleofthor's in that: 1) Alex has some canon "hyped" in-game traits, 2) Seb has some canon "doom & gloom" in-game traits, and 3) they are not "aged up" per se, unless you have a mod reflecting that. Their lives are the same as when you marry either of them in the original game. 
  • Example pics feature Diverse Stardew Valley (DSV) by Airyn and the DSV Team, configured "true" for Alex Variant - Mexican. No chats specifically align with any Alex Variant dialogues and are mostly canon.
  • PolyamorySweet seems to make all spouses date each other, I think? Unless you change the Config options for "Allow Spouses Kiss" to false (unchecking it) and don't expand the bed size to 3+ (although if you're married to more than this Rare Pair, that gets more complicated). 
  • Config Menu for Multiple Spouse Dialogs base mod: Keep chat intervals to 10 seconds minimum. If shorter, it may skip some responses, as NPCs get highly distracted by the farmer's presence and blurt about them instead lol. Also, chat distance should be close (default), since some chats narrate physical interactions - of course, they can call across the room to each other at 800 pixels apart how I tested them, but you have been forewarned :P
