Welcome! What started as a small little mod that allowed players to do something with the Barn Bears' Jar of Honey from SVE evolved into much more! With 4 New Locations, 7 New Basic NPCs, 6 Custom Machines, 6 New Crops, 26 New Drinks, 5 New Cooking Recipes, 4 New Forages, 11 New Buffs, and 2 New Shops!
Starting from the beginning of your save, you have access to Nat's Shop who will sell you new custom crops - according to their respective season. These crops are;
Barley (Spring) - Rum
Buckwheat (Spring/Summer) - Whiskey
Millet (Summer) - Sake
Oat (Spring) - Bourbon
Rye (Summer/Fall) - Vodka
and Sorghum (Spring/Summer) - Tequila
You can learn to brew many ways!
Once you ship any of the custom crops, you will get a mail from Zach informing you he now can sell the recipe for the Distillery! This Distillery will allow you to turn these new crops into delicious alcoholic spirits!
At Farming level 4, you will learn the recipe for the Artisanal Mead Keg and the Aging Vat. This Keg can be used to turn your Vanilla Honey, or your SVE Jar of Honey into Mead!
The Aging Vat can be used to age and infuse your Mead!
Once you ship your first Mead, you will receive another letter in the mail from the friendly Bartender, instructing you how to Age your Mead in an Aging Vat to increase its flavor profile and price even more! Using 2 of any 3 fruit the Aging Vat will apply those flavors to your mead, and age it over time! The combination possibilities are endless!
After shipping any basic Spirit, you will also be able to purchase a Spirit Infuser recipe from Zach to infuse your spirits with 2 of any fruit to apply the flavor to it, increasing the price even further!
(The Artisanal Mead Keg and the Aging Vat both have Machine Progression System support if enabled)
Once you ship him an Aged Honey Mead, Zach will tell you all about the next steps, which include smoking the aged mead in a custom Barrel Smoker, and let you know he is now selling the recipe for you to pick up!
You can also smoke any of your basic and aged spirits, meads, and ciders!
Additionally, once you ship Aged Mead for the first time you will receive a letter in the mail from the Bartender's Wife explaining that you can also come by and purchase the blueprints of the Carbonator from her to mead delicious bubbly Ciders!
Zach and Nat opened up shop just down the highway! Take the bus to the Artisanal Meadery to pay them a visit!
This new Meadery location has fishing, as well as foraging! There are also multiple NPCs that hang out in the area!
You can also farm in the dirt in the west, and plant trees wherever you like!

Zach will sell Mead, recipe for equipment as well as seasonal fruits!
Nat will sell her potions and seeds, and when you progress enough through the mod she will start to sell a crafting material, as well as the recipe for the Carbonator
Zach's Mead Shop will sell fruit that changes depending on the season, the shop stock will update when you start shipping meads and unlock specialty fruits when you have access to Calico Desert and Ginger Island.
Nat's Bubble Bar and Zach's Mead Shop will both sell potions after the payer advances into the mines.
Nat's Bubble Bar also sells seeds seasonally.
Players have a global toggle for the ability for recipes to copy quality of input/fuel. This is defaulted to auto/on if you have a popular 'Keeps Quality' mod installed.

The Artisanal Mead Keg is unlocked at Farming Level 4 - this does not operate as a standard keg so vanilla recipes will not work!
Crafting Cost:

You can purchase the blueprint for the Artisanal Mead Keg from Pierre before level 4 Farming for 50,000g!
Additionally, Pierre will sell 5 Artisanal Mead Kegs for 25,000g a piece!
If you do NOT have Stardew Valley Expanded installed, you will be able to craft Artisanal Honey Mead using this Keg! Brew time will be 10 Hours, with a 5% chance to double your Mead output! This recipe will cost 12x Honey.
If you DO have Stardew Valley Expanded, you can use the Jar of Honey in this keg as well! It will take 16 hours with a 2% chance to Quadruple your mead!Bear Honey Mead:
Honey Mead (Non-SVE Users):
Using our new custom crops, we can distill them into spirit alcohol!
Take 5 of your new harvested grain crops and stick them in your Distillery! Before long, you'll have your own delicious hand-crafted spirits!
You can also infuse these spirits with fruit to increase their value!
These Aged Honey Meads can then be taken to your casks and further aged to perfection! Get Iridium quality to maximize your sell price and buffs! (or use higher quality fruits) 
An alternative to Aging, another Stage Two machine is The Carbonator! This machine has multiple recipes. The First being the ability to create Sparkling Mead in the same fashion you would Age them in the preserving Jar. 2x of any 3x Fruit plus one Standard Honey Mead gets you a deliciously crafted Sparkling Honey Mead! The second uses an Empty Bottles and 5x of any Fruit to brew up a delicious Cider! These Ciders cannot be aged, but they can be Smoked!
You can take your basic spirits and 2 of any fruit, insert the spirit into the machine, and you will get back a delicious fruity alcohol with an increased value!
(Hint: Rum can *only* be spiced with Spice Berries!)
Barrel Smoking
You can now take your Aged or Sparkling Meads, Ciders, Spirits or even Infused Spirits and plop them into the Barrel Smoker along with a Fire Quartz, and eventually; you get a perfectly smoked beverage! This increases the price even further and even puts a nice 'smoked' animation on the sprite!
