The dark mine levels are full of monsters and have limited resources. Ever wonder why the original miners kept going until they found the crystal caves?
The answer: amazingly rich coal nodes.

Note: I primarily made this mod for my own gameplay, so I'm not going to worry about balance (feel free to tweak the content.json if you think there is too much/too little coal dropping). Enjoy!

Highlights:
- Adds extremely high-yield coal nodes (20-50 coal per node)
- Coal nodes are almost black and invisible in the dark, so be sure to bring a light!
Compatibility:
- Should work with everything. That said, spawn rates will drop significantly if playing with other mods that add nodes to the mines (though you should get at least one high-yield coal node per level.)
Installation:
- Requires Content Patcher and Item Extensions
- Unzip the file and copy to your Mods folder
