also because it's still in development, i don't recommend trying it with stardew expanded just yet!
Sylus Will only appear the day after completing his 0 heart event, which takes place on the second of spring! so you can only talk to him after the third of spring

-You can marry him and have kids
-Has his own house in the mountains (above Robin's house)
-Has a spouse room and patio

KNOWN ISSUES
Sylus isn't in his home:
I dont know yet why this is, but wait another day and he should be there
Problems with bushes around his house:
it won't affect your game experience but i will patch it soon, if it bothers you download a bush removal mod
12 heart event fails:
Some people can’t see the characters during this scene (being fixed)
doesn’t follow scheduel:
sylus stays home all day and does not follow his scheduel, i’m currently patching this

HOW TO INSTALL
1. Install Smapi: https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/2400
2. Install Content Patcher: https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/1915
3. Download this mod.
4. Unzip mod into Stardew Valley Mods folder in your files.
(If you're new at installing mods I recommend watching a youtube tutorial on it)

EVENTS:
0 hearts: It will trigger after playing for one day (so spring 2 if you're doing a new farm), you will not be able to talk to him until the day after completing the event)
2 hearts: Go to the Forest at 8PM
4 hearts: go to his house
6 hearts: Go into his locked door
10 hearts: Go to the busstop at 8PM
12 hearts: Go to your house at 2PM-5PM (must be married)

1.3: Fixed some dialogue like the bouquet accept as well as some spelling errors, i also added specific reactions to certain gifts such as wine and rubies
1.4: Introduction event added! (it will trigger after playing for 1 day) and made his schedule a bit better

1.6: I fixed a mapping issue where his house only had spring tiles despite it being winter
