What it does: The idea is to make the interactions with the game (mostly menus for now) easier without changing basic game play mechanics. Take a look at the images above for a visualization.
You can now choose between eating just one item or as much as are needed to gain full health and stamina (2nd option only appears if more than one item is needed to gain full health or stamina).
A new button in the carpenter menu for farm buildings allows you to buy missing stone and wood. The price of the building is increased accordingly.
If you wanted to buy a new weapon in the vanilla Adventurer's guild, you could not see the values (damage, speed, ...) of the weapons in your inventory to compare them. This mod fixes this.
You can buy and sell your slingshot in the Adventurer's guild. The buy option is activated as soon as you get the corresponding slingshot.
You can sell fishing rods at the fish shop and sell the items bought at marnie's ranch back to her.

Download this mod and unzip it into Stardew Valley/Mods.
Run the game using SMAPI.
Uninstall:
Remove the mod folder in your Stardew Valley/Mods folder.
Configuration: Each feature can be disabled separately in the config.json file. Start the game with this mod once for it to generate. Eating can be configured as follows:
EatingTopHealth / EatingTopStamina: If set to true, try to top off health / stamina completely (default is true).
EatingWithoutWaste: If set to true and one of the two options above is set to true, try to top them off so that eating one more item would top them off completely but it would waste some value.
Compatibility:
Tested with Stardew Valley 1.4 on Linux
Might not be compatible with other mods that change menus or change the eating mechanic (but I'm not aware of any conflicts)
Compatible with "Tractor Mod" and "Sauvignon in Stardew"
