I disabled every mod in my list and I still can't seem to find a gear in the main menu or anything in game for it. The only mod I had active to test the config menu was the Tractor mod which has a pinned comment saying that it recommends the Config menu. I also have the content patcher just in case. Everything is updated as well
As someone that had the same problem but with basically all mods, are you sure you've gotten all the steps for installing SMAPI correct? https://stardewvalleywiki.com/Modding:Installing_SMAPI_on_Windows Cause I didn't, and copy-pasting that line into the game properties in steam fixed that problem
i recommend you guys heading to Curseforge and find the file for version 1.6.14 : https://www.curseforge.com/stardewvalley/mods/generic-mod-config-menu/files/all?page=1&pageSize=20&version=1.6.14
Timespeed is no longer running properly-I'm wondering if it could be an issue with Generic Mod Config Menu? I just installed the latest updates of Smapi and several other mods including Timespeed and Generic Mod Config Menu. However, when I changed the settings for the Timespeed mod on the menu, time still runs as usual in the game no matter what I do. I did find that if I use keyboard commands I can affect time, which makes me think there could be an issue with the menu.
I no nothing about coding, but I was desperate, so I started looking through the local files to see if I could find an issue. When I went into the Generic Mod Config Menu folder and opened the manifest.json file, it said the following at the top:
SyntaxError: JSON parse: expected property name or "{"at line 2 column 3 of the JS
Does someone who knows a lot more than me know if this is anything and, if so, how I could fix it?
Below are the contents of the file:

I have uninstalled and reinstalled all mods, deleted folders and made new folders (per a suggestion I saw)-I'm running out of ideas. I am also linking the smapi log for reference: Smapi log
If anyone has any ideas, I would greatly appreciate it-thank you!

EDIT: I stripped mods back and found the ones causing GMCM to break.
E: jk jk I'm an idiot and somehow didn't add in the new folder after deleting the old. *sigh*
