Adds overpriced Red Cabbage Seeds to Pierre's stock in the summer of the first year, as well as a few expensive Red Cabbages in the last week in case you missed the growth period.

I find it unfair that completing the community center requires relying on the unpredictable Travelling Cart. Even when I check "Guarantee First Year Completeable" I can never find the seeds at the cart when I find time to visit it. So I made this mod. They are twice as expensive as usual to discourage you from actually farming them, and there are only 5 grown cabbages in stock at the end of summer. This mod is most helpful for newer players or those who don't visit the cart that often.
