You really manage to capture his squint and scowl. Is this a build or texture edit? Great work either way.

  That what I was asking. It would be considered a build, rather than an edit, which is taking an image and superimposing it over another, with or without AI help.
  
  Are the facial features able to animate like the NPC's? He'd make a great replacement character for a few of them.
