About this image
My mod Neutral LUTs was a bit of a utility approach to fully revert all the filters from the game. This has been great for players who wanted deep blacks on their OLEDs, or like me, simply had trouble seeing in a lot of places. It has also served as a great base for ReShade presets to have a clean slate to build upon, rather than trying to add colors to colors.
As you've noticed (and this was mentioned up-front so no surprise there) some locations lose a bit of cinematic quality to them.
As I've been playing the game I've been re-doing the color grading by hand for each location upon discovery, and am aiming to have a full color grade replacement at some point in the near future.
This is an example of my first pass on Akila. As you can see I'm keeping the full 0-255 color spectrum to retain deep blacks and bright highlights, but dialing the colors in to be more fitting for the region. Akila is just too blue without color adjustements.
I don't have an ETA on when this will be finished, as I'm trying to not spoil the game too much by visiting locations too early to test, but let me know what you think.
Cheers!
