    After going through Unity I always have this happen , but a quick quit to desktop and save reload fixes it  . It could be mods causing it , and it could be that it's just a Bethesda bug .

      tried going back to desktop many times. It still the same.

      Try uninstalling zbb. You should be able to load , save, and re-enable it. At least that’s what fixes it for me, and it happens to me often
