Rosie Tannehill is an optional companion available at the bar in Akila City, she's a doctor that wants to join your crew. The problem is she has no skills that benefit ship operations and doesn't have doctor dialogue, so she's not really of much use on a ship. But you can fix that with just a couple of console commands!
Bring up the console and target her (or use prid "1A0CB1" to select her, but only after you've met her). Now enter the following in the console:addtofaction 189604 1
addtofaction 1895e1 1
Rosie will now have the "I need help, doc" services dialogue, and you can get healed by her just as you would by visiting one of the doctors in a city. So now she's pretty useful!
Note, this also gives her vendor dialogue for supplies, but as she has no vendor inventory you can't actually buy or sell anything with her. So just ignore that.

If you want to keep the flavor text ("there's nothing wrong with you", "of course, here's what I have" etc.) keep her in faction 1895e1 (as I have above) and don't add her to faction 1c2bda from the above mod's batch file.
