I'm planning to make a tutorial video about this some time. But essentially, need at least the Derretech mods for the stairs hab, and the Place door anywhere.
This ship is basically ladder-less. Landing bay is a straight door, docking bay is also a port-side door, and all the access to each decks are using stairs, not ladders.
