   Maybe add a dock?  You know Bethesda will, sooner or later, add fishing (and brag about what a wonderful thing it is, as always).

      Try my Build In Water mod and the Catwalks mod, you'll be able to build a proper dock without having to finagle shipping containers around.

      No pirates yet and it's been about 3 weeks since i built it.
