As soon as you add it to your fleet it's "registered"

This mod is a work-in-progress.
I am new in modding and am still learning the ropes when it comes to the creation kit.
My aim is to create what I think should have been in the Base Game all along.
A BLACK MARKET SHIP DEALER
I aim to make a Ship dealer that will buy ships without needing to register them. However until I get a better grasp of how to script I only managed to remove registering ships from the game altogether from all ship vendors.
It works for me and shouldn't have any incompatibilities with other mods.
If any issues arise, post them in the bug section and I will try to assist to the best of my abilities.
Since this is a WIP the file is an .esp
