    Hello everyone.

    We are aware of the stuttering bug that some users are experiencing. Please see the note on the main page.

    We are currently rolling back the primary download file to 1.0 while we troubleshoot issues with the 1.1 release. We advise users to switch back to the 1.0 release. Thank you, and we apologize for the issues.

    Civilian variants of the following ships: DE-9/C Enforcer
    Crimson Fleet variants of the following ships: DE-9/C Enforcer, DE-14 Ironclad, TH/D-4G Tomahawk, NG-2/MF Hyena, NG-5/11 Talon, NG-14/A Thunderbolt  - Some will be gated to only appear after level 50.
    Radiant quest inclusion for the new Crimson Fleet Variants - Some will be gated to only appear after level 50.
    Spacers will have access to the Enforcer, Ironclad, Ironclad Assault, PhobosE, Katsuragi V, Mogami, Tomahawk, Intruder, Marauder, and Mongoose. - Some will be gated to only appear after level 50.
    Radiant quest inclusion for the Spacer variants. - Some will be gated to only appear after level 50. 
    Introduction of the Winter Cateran, Jericho, Boson, Bakkie, Pantechnicon, F-36 Venatici, NG-12S Mitsukurina, NG-30C Oreamnos, TY-5R Basan, and SE-660C Triton

    Fixes:
    The Katsuragi MKII was accidentally included in the ship list upon release. It was intended to be included in the first patch and will be included here.
    Certain guard and patrol ships did not have their voices and factions assigned properly.
    Levels and experience points values were mistakenly omitted from all added ships. The level should show properly when the ship is scanned.
    Navmesh error on the Ironclad.

    Other:
    Per request, an article will be put up shortly after this post listing which vendors sell which ships.

    Regarding requests for specific ships to be included: At this moment we can not take requests.

    Ok, onto the fuller explanation. We started this project by reaching out to a handful of designers that we knew personally on the r/StarfieldShips subreddit. We came together as a group and decided to bring in 20 ships each. So far we have managed about 20 of the overall 100 planned. We only have two people with access to the Creation Kit to do ship ports and the data setup. We are also still doing limit and load testing in regards to the designs we are publishing. We don't currently have the manpower to take on requests. There are a ton of amazing designs out there and we encourage others to create their own mods adding ships. I published the basic method of adding ships in the creation kit a month or so ago, but I will try and post an article on this mod (and on r/StarfieldShips again) with updated instructions for any that want to make the attempt. If our stance on this changes after we complete the current run than I will update this post.

    Found a fix for the game stuttering/minifreezing every 2-3 seconds. Solved it for me, now I can walk around Neon and Cydonia with zero stuttering or issues.

    Works with anyone using Starfield Engine Fixes mod

    These are the steps:

    Steam/Manage/Browse local files/Data/SFSE/Plugins/StarfieldEngineFixes.ini
    Then change this file as follows (quite far down in the list)
    Change bEngineLoadOptimizer=0 to “1”.

      I didn't think it would work because I have been looking for the cause for a long time, but I thought I would try your suggestion mostly because I could always change it back if it didn't work. I only tried it once and most of my stuttering was in the well. Like I said I only started the game once since I changed the ini setting but it seems to have worked, my game was smooth from the elevator to the Trade Authority and back. Thank you for the suggestion. You rock!!!

      Confirming this works. It causes several dialogue scenes to have NPC talk over each other though. Still worth it.

    Any plans on updates to this mod. I hasnt seen any mod updates in months.

    Hello,

    Would you consider releasing a version that doesn’t have a dependency to Ship Vendor Framework or making that dependency via a patch instead of having it built in?

    I understand that SVF is needed to have the ships available at Ship Vendors but SVF introduces stutters and I would love to use this in order to have more variety of ships in space. It’s nice to have (just like planetary POIs) and these ships are awesome.

    Because of the stutters from SVF, I had to remove both of them so having an option to not have the dependency would be great.

    Honestly and personally, I’m not interested in buying the ships as I would rather build some myself, but fighting and exploring them… that’s something I crave for.

    Thank you and I hope you’ll keep this project going.

    Btw, I’m using Creations on Xbox.

    I am having a weird bug with a few of them where, while I have all the required mods, the ships only have two rooms. The one after loading into the ship and the cockpit. Anyway to fix this or am I just doing something stupid?

      Do you have Place Doors Yourself?  If you do this is likely the reason.  It is in my case of the mod, I haven't tested if it affects ships out in the wild but definitely in the shipyards.

    Could you upload a version that excludes clip models? I love added custom ships but im not interested in the immersion breaking aspects of clipping, i don't like any of them that do it, they all look jarring to me.

      That would be great. I don't like modded or glitch build ships. It would be great if you could select the ship types that are added in a fomod for example. Also the names are different from the ships from the base game. It would blend more in the game if these numbers were not shown. It looks cool in the screenshots but if you can see in game from a first look if it is added by a mod or is base game it bothers me... Yeah I am a nerd... :P

    I bought the Spectre, flew it around for a couple days, then it disappeared from all my saves and 517K credits was just gone without reason.  In my latest saves, it doesn't even appear at the Stroud staryard anymore.  In earlier saves, it does, and I can buy it and fly around again.  But those saves are from a week ago, so now I'm stuck without the Spectre permanently.

    EDIT: Turns out more than just the Spectre disappeared.  But some of the ships, such as Mongoose, were available.  I did not install any new mods between the firs time I purchased and now, so I don't think there's any mod interference.

      hey so was it only ships bought from the vendor disappearing? any ships taken from encounters disappearing? if so then ships spawned via encounter lists being exluded probably means this bug is tied directly to a vendor reset glitch. 
      im more interested in this mod adding more ships to the encounter pool then buying them from vendors so im just curious.

    I've been away from the game for a while, came back to update & play the expansion on a new save
    I happen to still have a copy of the 1.1 version of this mod, but when I try to start a new game it get stuck on the spinning circle, infinite loading while still on the main title page.

    I revert to version 1.0 and am able to start a new game.
     
    I know 1.1 was pulled, is this part of the known issues with that version?  Any chance it is ever going to be fixed?

      Same here. Only that I get a CTD when I want to load any save game. V1.0 works.
