Replace the museum's posters with 4k posters in retro halftone style

It's been a while since I wanted to redo the museum posters, so here's the result. All the posters have been upscaled in 4K and reworked to give them the halftone look.

CHANGES INCLUDE :
All posters in UC Museum
INSTALLATION :
Download with a mod manager, or if you want to install manually, place the contents in ~/Documents/My Games/Starfield/Data.
COMPATIBILITY :
Haltone retro museum will conflict with any mod that edits the same texture files. Place this mod after those mods in your load order.
