Congratulations! You just moved into a brand-new condo. And you have to hand make every piece of your furniture and what not...
Who does that? I've got eddies and I can buy my home stuff.

This esm file allows you to buy most of your home stuff instead of making them, you don't have to collect all kinds of materials, you just pay your bills. Decors included now, except for the Trackers Alliance Bounty Poster, it's an invalid version that can't be edited, whatever that means. I created my own entry and made it purchasable, but it still requires materials to build.
This file works for your ship decoration, too.
I created a formula to calculate every piece of furniture's price:
total cost = ( material a cost * material a count + material b cost * material b count + material c cost * material c count + material d cost * material d count ) *10
*10 that is your labor cost.
