The UD-4 is a lightweight maneuverable utility drop ship, originally produced by HopeTech in 2286 for the Freestar Rangers use in colonial pacification. Eventually being dubbed the 'Cheyenne' after its deployment during the Battle of Cheyenne in 2311, where it played an integral part of the fleet protecting the system. After the war, this aging beauty continued to wear many hats, and is still seen being used today by frontier farmers and mercenary outfits alike, a true testament to it's build quality and versatility over the decades. Ultimately HopeTech chose to discontinue the line in 2320 due to declining profits, but old Cheyennes can still be found at staryards across the settled systems.
Note: This is my take on the classic ship of the same name from Aliens (1986). It is a class A ship, and becomes available at level 15 or above, and can be purchased at Hopetown ship services on Polvo. While the ship comes stock with default hab types, its really meant to be modified and tuned to your playstyle. Only one glitch was used in the build, that being the Deimos landing bay clips with the Deimos cockpit since it is moved up somewhat, but it helped me achieve the look I was going for.
