This esm file allows you to build both on the ground and underground at the Mantis' Lair. The decorate panel by the main entrance cannot be interacted with but you can bring up your scanner to build on the ground, fly camera enabled. The outpost beacon near the interior landing pad cannot be named but you can use it to build around the lair, crew members assignment enabled. This location is set to never resets, but on the ground I find some containers reset, I suggest you do not store your valuables in them. Please be advised, this file better be activated AFTER you completed the Mantis quest. v1.0 Cleared all corpses and bodybags, cleaned all blood splatters and smears, nothing else touched. v1.1 Delete as many pieces of junk as possible, make the lair clean and tidy, and relocate the outpost beacon. v1.2 Make room for living quarters, add all workbenches and repair all broken lights. v1.3 Completely clear the living quarters, giving you full access to the area.
