Adds a stand alone scarf apparel item to wear over any space suit, though it's made with the Starborn Spacesuit in mind.

This is a mod I whipped together this afternoon because I felt that people would want it, I suppose!
A lot of the starborn suits look the same with it, I think. But I am colorblind, and didnt' feel like color picking to see if the palettes were the same, so I just put the scarf on all of the in game suits for the examples in the chest.

You can find the STANDALONE SCARF, along with "example Starborn suits" with the scarf built into the armor, IN A CHEST behind the SHIP VENDOR IN CYDONIA.
Again, the scarf is made with the Starborn Spacesuits in mind, but if you wanna edit it to fit other suits/apparel, be my guest.
Either way, you can wear it over pretty much any suit, just might have some clipping issues.
