Bat file to get Dream Home with no perk and money. Seriously I love immersion but on NG+ starting with a morgage in a new universe is idiotic.
Best used with the mod: "Dream Home - Overhaul" by DownfallNemesis (This modder is a genius). It prevents doors bug and can be used mid play.
And if you use the mod to stop a complete armillary to activate the jump to unity ("Disable Grav Jump to Unity" by aurreth) with this house you get a place where to hide all the fragments from the Starborns grubby hands and no outpost/ship attacks (at least from them XD) anymore as a bonus.
How to Install:
1- Download manually.
2 - Put the bat file in the Starfield game directory, folder path example:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Starfield
3 - Start Game and open Console Command prompt.
4 - Type "bat Dream", enter, close Console Command prompt.
5 - Complete only the quest stage to visit your new home.
6 - Enjoy.
