Where to find it?
You can find this ship for sale at the New Atlantis Ship Services Technician.
If the ship does NOT appear in the Vendor's Sale List:
- SVF Dependency: Make sure you have the latest version of the SVF installed.
- Load Order: Ensure the ship ESMs are below the SVF mod
- Restart the game: Create a manual save, or quit and let it make an exit save. Exit to desktop. Then reload save.
What is it?
Gameplay Style: Combat
Combat Capability: Excellent
Eag's Ship Shop wanted to design a new ship in the Deimos style, retaining a part of their ancient melee weapons theme. However the design needed to incorporate a little bit of asymmetry, as well as having an elegant but menacing look.
Enter, "The Scintillant." We didn't want to name the ship too literally, like the Aegis or the Gladius are. Instead we opted to give the ship a name that would instill a thought or a feeling. The old ad campaign slogan for this ship, "The Scintillant: Like the glint from a dagger in the dark," was aptly chosen by Eag's Ship Shop, and the execs at Deimos Staryards loved it.
The vessel contains three main pods or fuselages all tied together, which contain the pilot's helm, living spaces for crew, and a miniaturized particle accelerator which acts as The Scintillant's main forward cannon (Eags has a thing for designing ships with particle array cannons, we know....).
The Scintillant is one of our prouder designs, so we hope you enjoy flying your new unique fighter!
