Automatic Va'ruun rifle, using the Va'ruun Penumbra model.

This is my first ever attempt at a mod so there may be issues, but hopefully not.
The Va'ruun Umbra is my attempt of an automatic particle rifle, i've played with it for a few days and it seems to be balanced, however it has only ever been played on hard dificulty without going into new game plus. It is automatic only, no burst, semi automatic or charge
I haven't been able to figure out how to change it from heavy to rifle for damage but i do kinda like it being a heavy weapon so might leave it.
Stats are:
DMG: 30 Physical 45 Laser
FR: 100
MAG 40
AMMO: Heavy Fuse
Currently the only way it seems to be obtainable is by console commands XX00080A or alternatively "help umbra 4 weap"
To do list:
I give permission for people to create patches for this to work with other mods.

- Add to level list/check if its in the level list as i duplicated the Penumbra then changed the stats
- More balancing depending on feedback
- Change textures
- Nifskope barrels and muzzles as the otherr Va'ruun weapons have several that would fit nicely.
