Unpacking the archive is moved MercuryPenthouse_FurnishedIsImproved.esm to the Starfield/Data folder.

Compatibility :
My mod is not compatible with any other mod that modifies Penthouse, Mercury Tower in New Atlantis.
Should be compatible with my other player house buyable mod.
